Cost:

• Individual (one-on-one) Tutoring: $100/hr
• Group Tutoring: $80/hr

Student Term Outlines:

Please provide topics the student is learning this term in Maths – all high school students are provided a school term outline which provides a guideline of topics taught over one term or the whole year. This can be used to ensure all school topics are covered, and if the student is struggling in particular areas or has specific questions about a topic, these can be the focus of the lesson.

Location:

• Online Sessions:
  Online sessions run via Zoom in an interactive and engaging format. Sessions will have a focus on developing core maths skills, whilst also bringing the joy back into the learning process – learning Maths can be fun! Maths topics will be visually demonstrated using Zoom’s whiteboard feature. Students are also able to write on the whiteboard, allowing collaboration and interactivity throughout the whole lesson.

• Face-to-Face Sessions:
  Currently meeting at the University of the Sunshine Coast (Sippy Downs Campus). Meeting point will be provided upon booking.

Please note: Students should be ready with their devices five minutes prior to their session start time.

Session Availability:

• Online: Weekdays
• Face-to-face: Weekends

Please enquire for times available. Times are subject to change. All times are in QLD time (AEST) year round. For students attending from NSW, TAS and VIC, please add one hour to the listed time during term 1 and term 4 (timezone difference does not apply during term 2 and term 3).

General Notes:

Parents are welcome to sit in on tutoring or workshop sessions. Attending tutoring does not replace parental supervision. If a student cannot make a private one-on-one tutoring session, 24 hours notice is required and a makeup session can be booked. If a student cannot attend a group workshop, please attend another workshop in the following weeks – donations are non-refundable.
