Exam Preparation:
This can be built into weekly tutoring sessions or as a once-off one hour session.
Topics can include:
- Methods of approaching the exam
- Strategies to complete the paper
- Approaches to multiple choice questions
- What to do during reading time
- Tips if you have spare time at the end of your exam
University LANTITE Preparation:
Topics of focus for the lesson can include:
- Problem solving
- Graphs and data
- Statistics
- Area and volume
- Measurement conversions
- Time
- Fractions
- Decimals
- Percentages
- Ratios
- Rounding
- Algorithm operations (addition, subtraction, multiplication and division)

Cost:
High School Students: $60/hour
University Students: $60/hour
Online Sessions:
Tutoring sessions are one hour long and run online via Zoom. Maths topics can be visually demonstrated using Zoom’s whiteboard feature. Students are also able to write on the whiteboard, allowing both tutor and student to solve questions together.
Please note: Students should be ready with their devices five minutes prior to their session start time.
General Notes:
Please provide topics the student is learning in Maths before each lesson – all students are provided a school term outline which provides a guideline of topics taught. This can be used to structure the lessons to ensure all school topics are covered. If the student is struggling in particular areas or has specific questions about a topic, these can be the focus of the lesson.

Payment:
Payments are via direct bank deposit and time-slots will be allocated on a first serve basis. If a student is sick or can’t make a session, 24 hours notice is required and a makeup session can be booked. Once payment is received, you will be sent a link to the scheduled Zoom meeting.
